The Laney AI for HR Evolution Framework™

See HR AI clearly before moving forward.

An expert-led analysis that helps HR leaders understand their current AI reality, define the future ambition and choose the next best move - before making major AI investments.

Structured interviews capture perspectives from HR leaders, HR users and at least one people manager or end user. Findings distinguish opportunity from readiness: workflow fit, data and permission boundaries, accountable ownership, workforce impact and the outcome the work should improve.

A two-minute starting point

How ready is your HR workflow for AI?

Think about one workflow, not your entire organization. Six practical lenses help identify what is in place—and what needs attention.

01 HR expertise

Do you have a clear HR problem, an accountable owner and a defined outcome?

02 HR technology

Are the relevant systems, data sources and access permissions understood?

03 Process redesign

Have you mapped the workflow—including exceptions and human review?

04 Workforce capability

Do the people involved have the skills, support and time to use AI responsibly?

05 Measurement

Do you have a baseline and measures for quality, time, adoption and risk?

06 Responsible AI

Are privacy, approved tools, human accountability and escalation rules defined?
